handful pretzels 100 cals

Snack (after workout)
pudding 60 cals

string cheese 50 cals
roast beef 130 cals

Daily total Calories: 1492.50

Interval Run/Walk: 6.12 miles: 545 calories

I will say that if I cheat with "unhealthy" foods during the day it is ok..but if you notice I do not ignore what I ate; I still log it and I try not to go over my calorie intake a day. I try to stay at 1200 calories a day; but like today I went over which it is ok since I worked out. Did a great workout and I felt great afterwords.
