Sunday's

I love Sunday. I use this day to reflect on my previous week and to determine how I may need to improve on my upcoming week. I use this day to create my food lists for the week and to create my exercise journals for the next 7 days. I write everything down. Every exercise I do each day, what I eat and how I feel. Today looks like a great day :)

I think it is pretty neat too. This blog took a bit to get started but now everything i use will be in one spot. Not to mention when I reach my goal to have before and after pictures posted on here will be awesome. Almost like a scrap book. I hope you enjoy and create one too :)
